A:	Absolutely, Consult ‘n Build will set you up with a qualified architect. It will be your home your way.

Q:	How much can I expect to save with Consult ‘n Build?
A:	Since the middle man is gone, you are able to benefit from our large volume discounts for materials and labor. There is no markup. You Consult ‘n Build charges a fixed fee based on the size of your home. For instance, if the home plan you choose is around 2000 sq. ft., your savings could be from $20,000 to $30,000.
Q:	How do I find a lot?
A:	We are happy to assist you in procuring your lot.
Q:	Who pays the bills?
A:	The builder-owner pays the bills and is in control of the entire project. A Consult ‘n Build team member will inspect the work to ensure it has been done correctly before the bills are paid.
