Consult ‘n Build will prepare a
detailed cost breakdown on each phase of construction, which
will give subcontractors the exact information needed to give
accurate bids. In most cases, the Owner-Builder will get 3
bids for each task. As the Owner-Builder, you will then decide
which vendors and subcontractors
to hire.
The Owner-Builder will then have the exact pricing and
will know precisely what the completed turnkey project will
cost, before construction even begins.
Consult ‘n Build clients will receive a day-by-day
scheduling calendar, complete with a contact list for scheduling
subcontractors and contacting vendors for the delivery of
materials. This will also include information on the inspections
that are needed and when to contact the inspector.
Our consultants are available whenever you need them. We
are always available to help the Owner-Builder monitor the
progress of the project, to ensure the work is done with
quality workmanship and in a timely manner.
